Vago has been open on Rua das Gaivotas, between Chiado and Cais do Sodré, since the end of 2022. One of the partners is Joaquim Quadros, a former voice of the radio station Vodafone FM, and there is always a DJ in the booth. The bar pours its own cocktails. The short menu has been in the hands of chef George McLeod since July 2025: Portuguese ingredients, nothing wasted, and dishes that change with the season.
